Our Policies

General

• One night's deposit required to be applied to last night of your reservation - balance due upon check-in.
• Personal checks are accepted for advance deposit only. NO CHECKS ACCEPTED AT CHECK-IN.
• Room rates based on 2 adults. Each additional adult - $10 per night.
• Children under 16 - free of charge with parent in same room.
• All rates subject to state and local taxes.
• 14 days notice required on all cancellations. Less than 14 day notice, no refund of deposit.
• Small dogs - $15 per day. $100 damage deposit required-refundable after room inspection.
• Check-in after 2:00 P.M. - checkout 11:00 A.M.
• Rates subject to change without notice.
• Rollaway beds available: $10 each per night. Advance request required.
• Cribs available at no charge-advance request required.
• Local phone calls incliude a $.50 surcharge.
• All long distance calls include a $.50 service charge each.
• Holiday & Special events rates slightly higher.
• Group rates are available, please feel free to contact us for more information.
• Entrance doors are self-locking for security.
• Management reserves the rights to require guests causing a disturbance or violation to leave without refund.

Pets

• No dogs allowed on the beach May 15 - Sept. 15, between the hours of 9:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M.
• No dogs allowed in pool area or office area.
• Please keep dogs on a leash at all times.
• Maid service will not be provided if dog is unattended in room. To guarantee maid service to your room, remove pet and contact office.
• Walking areas for dogs are located across the street.
• The shower for rinsing your dog is located at ocean front area-please make certain your dog is dry and sand free before entering your room.
• Please do not allow dogs to lay on comforters.
• Please do not leave dogs unattended on ocean front balconies.
• Please be courteous and pick up after your pet during their walks.
• Owners are responsible for all damages caused by pets.
• Pet owners should be courteous to guests with or without pets, please shut draperies when pets are left unattended for very short intervals.
• A credit card is required for imprinting or $100.00 cash for damage deposit.
• Please treat your pet like your child-remember to bring all of your pet's neccessities.
